All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow an extra 24 hours on watches which need adjustments.
Please note we cannot alter any incorrect addresses due to the high volume of emails we receive. Please ensure you check your address is correct and your house number is included.

International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to Ireland. Orders over £75 value have free shipping this will automatically applied at checkout. Shipping is £9.99 and takes up to 10 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TRINKABELLEZ JEWELLERY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please message us on the Contact Us section on our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
