Repairs & Returns Policy
Returning undamaged item(s)

If you have had a change of heart about a purchased item, you will have 14 days to return your item. This will be from the date our confirmation email was sent. Postage will be at the customers cost and we recommend sending this out tracked/signed for. We ask for it to be returned in its original state and packaging (the Trinkabellez named boxes) and protected within transport. If boxes are returned damaged, we will take a charge from the product refund of £4.99.

Any faults on items within the below time frames can be sent back to us and we will offer a free repair/replacement. Any items which require this services needs to be reported to us within the dates stated.

Copper/Brass - Free replacement within 30 days of receiving your order
Platinum plated - Within 30 days of receiving your order
925 Sterling Silver/Stainless Steel - Within 30 days of receiving your order
Accessories eg. keyrings and hair clips - Within 7 days of your order due to the nature of use.
After 30 days of receiving your product, damages are no longer caused as a manufacturing defect and are classed as fair wear and tear/accidental damage.
Watches

Our Watches come with a 6 month warranty.
This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care.

Any water damage.

Watch Battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accidents.

Scratches, broken glass or chips.

Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party

Lost or stolen goods or parts

Tarnishing of plated or metal items is not classed as a damaged item and is classed as wear and tear after this timeframe.
We will do our checks on all items sent back to us to confirm that this meets the warranty criteria. All items which does not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer as we received.
