Returning undamaged item(s)
We want to make sure your Trinkabellez product is 100% perfect, however, if something isn't quite suitable, then we're here to help!
All jewellery items comes with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is excluded on keyrings and hair clips.
If you have had a change of heart about a purchased item, you will have 30 days to return your item. This will be from the date our confirmation email was sent.
Postage will be at the customers cost and we recommend sending this out tracked/signed for. We ask for it to be returned in its original state and packaging (the Trinkabellez named boxes) and protected within transport. If boxes are not returned or damaged upon arrival, we will take a charge from the product refund of £4.99.
We hope you can understand that earrings, belly/nipple bars and personalised items are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with one of our friendly customer service team who will be happy to advise you further.
A few things to be aware of:
- All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging in tact.
- We cannot accept returns on personalised items, earrings, belly/nipple bars.
if items are found to be faulty we will be happy to replace them.
- Faulty items may need to be returned to us for inspection.
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of our warehouse receiving them.
Watches
Our Watches come with a 1 year warranty.
This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care.

Any water damage.

Watch Battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accidents.

Scratches, broken glass or chips.

Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party

Lost or stolen goods or parts
Tarnishing of plated or metal items is not classed as a damaged item and is classed as wear and tear.
We will do our checks on all items sent back to us to confirm that this meets the warranty criteria. All items which does not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer as we received.
